Since 1958 Ravaglioli has been an industry leading manufacturer of lifts and wheel service equipment. Today we are one of the largest and most diverse
producers worldwide and offer more than 300 models and variations of lifts, wheel alignment systems, tire changers, wheel balancers, and test lanes. We are known for our pursuit of overall
product excellence through our in-house design, engineering, and manufacturing processes. Our basic organizational structure is very simple which makes it possible to provide solutions to
our customers in a timely manner.
Our four state of the art manufacturing plants are all located in Northern Italy. We manufacture ourselves more than 90% of the components used in production
of our machines. Cylinders, both pneumatic and hydraulic are produced in house. Millions of tons of Italian steel plate per month are cut, bent, and robotically welded in our factories.
Circuit boards and software are also created in house.

Acquisition expands Vehicle Service Group's product breadth and served markets
Downers Grove, IL, October 3, 2016 - Dover (NYSE: DOV) today announced that it has acquired Ravaglioli S.p.A.
Group ("Ravaglioli"), a global automotive service equipment manufacturer. Ravaglioli will become part of Dover's Vehicle Service Group ("VSG"), a business unit within its Engineered Systems
Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Ravaglioli is a leading manufacturer of automotive service equipment, including automotive lifts, tire and wheel service
equipment and diagnostic equipment for cars, trucks, commercial vehicles and motorbikes. Founded in 1958, Ravaglioli's products, technology and customer base are highly complementary to
VSG's. Together, VSG and Ravaglioli will offer a best-in-class suite of products to customers around the world.
