Q.	Why is yours so much less money?
A.	Our Network of Distributors consist of some of the largest lift Distribution in the US. We were hand picked according to location, as we must buy in large loads at a time thus reducing costs and freight. We are experienced enough to be able to promote and sell quantity. We are also equipped for tech support and service - possible you might ask yourself why the others are priced so high.
Q.	How do I get my lift?
A.	There are three ways of receiving your lift: 1. Picked up here at our Orlando warehouse where we will load you with our forklifts. 2. Have us deliver it to you if you are within a 100 mile radius of Orlando. 3. We can have it shipped to you via common carrier. Due to our large volume you would receive a very competitive rate as we have been able to obtain a large discount from the carrier. 4. Your are responsible for off loading.
Q.	How do I off load lift if it is shipped common carrier?
A.	If you are not able to have your lift shipped to a location which can off load it you can pick it up at the trucking terminal nearest you. This way they will load it for you. We would make these arrangements for you. Lift gates are not able to be used for 2 and 4 post lifts. Remember you are responsible for off loading.
Q.	What are the difficulties of assemble?
A.	On all of the products you will receive an installation manual and we will be happy to answer any questions that might arise simply by calling our 800 number.
Q.	What power requirements are needed?
A.	On motorcycle lifts they are air operated. On 8000lb. 4 post 110 volt is needed. On 2 post lifts 220 volt is needed.
Q.	What is the warranty on lifts?
A.	On the 2 post and 8000 lb. 4 post lifts warrantee is 1 yrs. on parts including 1 yrs. on motor and hydraulics. On the motorcycle lifts, the warrantee is 1 yr.
Q.	What comes with my lift?
A.	With the 8000 lb. Lift you will receive 1 Set Casters and 1 Metal Sliding Jack Tray. With the motorcycle lifts you will receive the front vise. With the 2 post lifts you will receive the truck and van extensions and 3/4 X 5 log bolts.
Q.	What is the Parts Availability?
A.	As we have been a full line lift Distributor for 20 yrs. we stock most all components of lifts for quick response should you need something.
Q.	Have you ever had one of these lifts fall?
A.	No - That sounds like something a competitor would say to convince you to spend more money on their lift.
Q.	Can I pick up at your warehouse?
A.	Yes - Mon - Fri. 8AM - 5PM. We will load your trailer or truck with our forklifts.
